Went to the first August Stitch In at
In Stiches Wednesday night. It was fun to see everyone and what they were working on. It was great to meet a few new people too. We spent time stitching and getting to know each other.
I worked on my Pot 4 Dickie and got a little little bit done on band 5. It helped bring back a slight touch of my MoJo. I am going to work on Castles this weekend and leave the junk room alone.
I have picked my next year long project, its going to be a Chatelaine piece called "The Medieval Cloister Herb Garden : Herbularius" It will take a while to get the fibers and beads together but once Castles is finished I will get serious about getting it started. The first part came out the 1st but I am just not ready yet. Isn't it beautiful????
