This IHSW weekend I worked on my Guest Room Sampler. I had to take out the first lettering I did because the ecru which is called for I just couldn't see it, as you can see in the first picture. I tried a few different floss colors and decided on 612. It looks nice with the green in the piece and I am happy with it.
And here is my TUSAL picture for this month.
Happy Stitching all and have a great week, I will be taking a drawing class so I don't know how much stitching I will be getting done. My brain has trouble doing more than one hobby at a time.

Lovely stitching. Love your change. The writing is so much better so see now, and you are right. The color suits very well.
Wonderful progress.
Great progress, I find lettering goes quick but for some reason I do not like stitching it! I agree with the color choice as well, it will look nice in your guest room.
You made a good choice with the 612, the ecru was almost the same color as the fabric. Picking out that ecru gave a boost to your TUSAL. Good luck with the drawing class and make sure you share some of your drawings.
That looks good, i can read it without enlarging the pic.
Good luck with the drawing class, that sounds like fun too.
Hugs Yvon.
I really like the colour you chose for the lettering. It's such a lovely sampler.
Have fun with the art classes.
