I took another Oil Painting class on Monday. I did a beach scene and I think I like it, but I see where I over did it with the grasses. But I did learn a few new technique's which is why I go to the classes. I think it looks pretty good on the wall with my other water scenes.
Happy Stitching and don't forget to sign up for the "Count Your Blessings" Traveling Pattern. I will draw the winner on Friday the 15th.

Hello, my Dear! I've come to you from The "Grow Your Blog" party...it was over before I knew about it, but it was so nice of Vicki to leave the list up! Anyway, I always welcome new blogs to enjoy, and yours is delightful! I am now following you ~ please come and visit me if you get a chance!
So nice to "meet" you!
Hugs,
Anne
Your stitching looks great, and I really like your painting! The grass doesn't look overdone at all to me.
I think the painting looks great. I like the frames you used on the little pieces too.
What fun to learn something new... the painting looks great!
Nice stitching finishes also!
Please remember me when you are a famous artist, this is another beautiful painting. The frame choices are perfect.
Your stitching looks great.. and I really like your painting..so pretty..
love from south africa x
Good heavens you're talented! Between the painting and the stitching, you'll have the best walls!
Great job on the beach painting. I think the grass looks just fine. Those frames are perfect.
I love your painting! The frames you used for the 2 finishes are great. The light wood goes well with the light pointy border of Life's a Stitch, and with the fabric.
