I May Have A Scrap Problem

I found a blog today and I have to say the blog entry really grabbed me. Sarah at Confessions of a Fabric Addict is going to try and tame her scraps over the next year. I may not have as many as she has but mine are building week by week and I love it. Here is one of my tubs of scraps that I will go through. Sarah says a yard of fabric weighs 5.8 ounces and bag of scraps weighs 9.10 pounds which means there is 25 yards of material in this bag if a yard of fabric weighs 5.8 ounces. I find that really hard to believe so if anyone else can figure that out and come up with a different number let me know.
(OOPS, I changed the container of scraps I was going to use this time but its still a lot of fabric.)

I need to tame my Scrap monster.
I have copied the Scrap Monster from Sarah's blog and will adopted it as my own.

That's a great goal for the month - just think of all the quilts you can make with what's in there!!
